Next to the Salamanca neighborhood, the kitchen stands at the heart of this renovation—a space to cook, live, and observe. Sheltered in semi-shade, it offers both intimacy and connection. From here, the gaze stretches through the living room and onto a large terrace that opens to the Madrid sky.

The apartment follows a classic layout of day and night zones, with a large sliding panel dividing the spaces. This simple gesture creates privacy when needed, and opens the home when desired.

Four bedrooms wrap around the perimeter, providing comfort and retreat. White paneling forms a calm, neutral backdrop that hides rooms surprising in contrast. The continuous oak flooring, the subtle carpentry details and the floating textiles bring warmth and define each area alongside the furniture.

Every detail engages the senses: the touch of wood underfoot, sunlight reflecting off surfaces, and the visual flow from kitchen to terrace. The renovation transforms the home into a living organism, where architecture guides daily life while connecting it to the horizon beyond.
